The only way trans activists can make this nonsense not seem like nonsense is to change the language. It doesn't wash, of course, because there are certain words that have never changed, until now, for a very good reason. They are not the sort of words that evolve according to a changing culture, because what they refer to has remained a stable concept since forever in every culture. The words the trans activists are trying redefine, or make up, are being forced on us, and not organically evolving or emerging, and eventually all regimes which try to forcefully indoctrinate their citizens by twisting the language and changing the meaning of words fail.

You’re triggering me Lucy Leader. Bodyfeeding is the WORST language in this psycho, dehumanising dictionary of terrible misogynistic language. Hard No from me.

Had I not read this article and the term, "Bodyfeeding," popped up randomly, I would have assumed it was referring to some form of cannibalism.

Bodyfeeding is incredibly imprecise and moreover terrifying in it's suggestion that a child could "feed" from any area of any body male or female.

“It should be abundantly obvious that if babies are counting on chestfeeding for their survival, they are out of luck.”

How true this is LucyLeader!

LLL is now complicit in the same misinformation campaigns of formula companies.

Your comments on the influence of “literally” 3 people are eye-opening.

Thank you for your courage!

Thank you! I am an IBCLC and I am equal parts disgusted and terrified by how much this has captured the “elites” in the breastfeeding world. I take a lot of continuing education classes, and many of them begin with ridiculous disclosures about being cis white Women who can’t understand the experiences of trans and non binary people. I see only chest feeding and body feeding being used at times. They try and claim that chest feeding is an inclusive term that everyone should be ok with, and that breastfeeding offends trans people. But if a woman raises a concern about chestfeeding, she’s a hater and transphobe. I refuse to use these terms. They sent reality and womanhood. They don’t make sense. And body feeding sounds like canabalism. Thankfully no one has asked me why I don’t use these terms but if they do I plan to say I specialize in breastfeeding women. I mean, if other lactation consultants can post rainbow flags on their site and say they specialize in LGBT, chest feeding people, why can’t I say I specialize in breastfeeding women. I worry about the “professional” organizations forcing the use of these terms, but this is something I will not compromise. I love working with breastfeeding women and their families. I will treat everyone with kindness and the same level of care. But I will not be bullied into this nonsense and complete denial of reality.

Also, any biological man) feeding a baby at his breast is disgusting, I’m sorry.

Absolutely. There should be no compelling around "inclusion" when we are talking about sex-based activities. And no one should feel it necessary to include those who fall outside of what work you are trained for and happy to do. There is no "normal course of breastfeeding" for natal males or for women who have had their breasts amputated. Considering that the global percentage of "birthing persons" who don't identify as women is around 1%, and many of the 99% are deeply offended by "chestfeeding" and other made-up bits of crap, I am left wondering who is profiting from all of this, because it sure as heck isn't women or babies.

I’m sorry you feel that way. The same could be said of yours.

Apparently Linda Smith is getting torn to pieces in Facebook groups today about an email sent saying she won’t say terms like chestfeeding in a public manner. It’s pretty crazy and scary.

That stating physiological facts guarantees the most vicious level of bullying is no credit to the trans agenda, the men's rights movement or to humanity in general. For those reading this who think that the use of "chestfeeding" is some sort of giant leap forward for inclusivity, good for you. But coerced speech does not mean agreement, it just means that people are too frightened to not comply.

Agreed. From what I have heard, they are creating a list of anyone who liked a comment or showed any support in anyway for her. The religious like, no questions or concerns allowed fervor is a bit frightening.

The entire trans enterprise is a cult. Like the Manson family in the late 1960s/early 70s, you are either in or out and if you are in, you are subject to instructions that will harm others. The prioritizing of adult feelings over babies' welfare is also a feature in what is happening here.
